Forza Street is a free car racing game that lets you race your favorite cars (e.g., classic muscle cars, modern sports cars, or retro supercars) through the streets of Miami. The game comes from Microsoft Studios and is part of the popular Xbox racing franchise. However, you can play this game on your PC, so you don’t need an Xbox. If you want to be impressed by the graphics, play the game on a big screen.
Forza Street is fun to watch because of the detailed scenery and cars. One other advantage is the easy handling which makes this car racing game perfect for beginners. The only thing you have to take care of is accelerating and braking. You don’t have to worry about the stirring. To make this even easier, the areas for acceleration and braking are highlighted in yellow. This might sound easy, but it requires some skills. The reason is that you have to find the perfect timing for acceleration and braking. Your opponent does not forgive mistakes. The easy handling of Forza Street makes it suitable for everyone, young and old.
Disadvantages
Now to the disadvantages. Since you have no control over stirring, and that means direction, you have very limited options. You can’t decide where you go. Passing your opponent on the inside or the outside is, therefore, no choice of yours. Drifting, which some players consider a lot of fun, is also not possible. And if you are new to the game you have only one car. However, while you play through the story (and also by logging in frequently) you collect additional cars. So after some time, you will have more choices.
Another big negative point is that your energy level (or call it gas level if you like) is decreasing with every step and recharging happens only slowly. You can only increase your energy level through in-app purchases.
Summary
Forza Street is a fun game for everyone and a little while and one can not complain since it is free of charge. However, if you need a little bit more of a challenge you need to look elsewhere.
