Details

Advanced SystemCare Free provides a lot of features for free and some more in the paid version. But the free features are already enough to get you a clean machine. From removing junk files and privacy traces to fixing registry issues and invalid shortcuts to disk optimization, this tool offers a variety of options. If you clean your computer frequently, cleaning it up should not take too long. However, if you did not clean your machine for a while it can take some time to get rid of all the clutter. This does not mean you need to clean daily. I’d think that once a week would be just fine.

One unique feature is the AI Mode. This Artificial Intelligence feature is supposed to learn from your cleaning habits and the performance of your computer to provide an optimized cleaning procedure. How well this works, we can not tell. But overall, the performance of the tool is sufficient and leaves nothing to complain especially if you use the free version.

It’s not a Virus Scanner

Please don’t make a mistake to think you got virus protection with this tool. The option “Antivirus Protection” simply means that this tool will check if you have a virus scanner installed. You need to install a proper virus scanner to ensure that you are protected against malware of all kinds.

By the way, an alternative to Advanced SystemCare Free would be CCleaner. We can’t tell which one is the better choice. In our tests, both tools are performing well.
